Welcome to the online store of Esoterica.art, featuring the works of visual artist Elara Voss. By accessing and shopping on this website (hosted via Squarespace), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Store Policies. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Custom Print-on-Demand (POD) Production
All products sold in this store—including Fine Art Giclée Prints, Sherpa Throw Blankets, and Clear Phone Cases—are unique pieces manufactured custom, on-demand specifically for you through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
Production begins automatically as soon as your order is placed.
Because each item is custom-made, we do not hold pre-printed inventory.
2. Pricing & Payments
All storefront prices are listed as flat, clean structural numbers in USD.
Payments are securely processed via our integrated checkout providers (Stripe/PayPal).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
3. Complimentary Fine Art Shipping
We are proud to offer Complimentary Tracked Shipping on all orders to our designated shipping zones.
The cost of standard carrier shipping is fully integrated into the retail price of each artwork.
Estimated Delivery: Since items are custom printed upon ordering, please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus standard transit times depending on your location.
Tracking: A tracking link will be automatically emailed to you as soon as Printful ships your item.
International Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or clearance fees that may be applied by your destination country's customs authority upon arrival.
4. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Because every order is custom manufactured immediately upon purchase, we operate under a strict production-focused policy:
All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or changing your mind.
Size/Variant Exchanges: Please review the sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We cannot exchange items if the wrong size or phone model variant was selected by the customer.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are sent to production (usually within 1 hour of purchase).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
We want you to receive your surreal artwork in flawless condition. If an item arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will issue a free replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.
How to report a claim: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Required details: Please email us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear digital photos of both the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with Printful to investigate and dispatch a replacement if deemed lost by the courier.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artwork, titles (including No Soul Travels Alone, Lost Under the Surface, As the Pendulum Swings, Omnipresent, Watchers, and Inner Self), imagery, and text displayed on this storefront are the exclusive intellectual property of Elara Voss and Esoterica.art.
Purchasing a physical print, throw blanket, or phone case grants you ownership of that physical item only.
It does not transfer copyright or grant any reproduction rights. You may not copy, scan, modify, resell for commercial profit, or digitally redistribute the artwork under any circumstances.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
